To book a charter with us will require a deposit of $250 cash or check. The terms are simple:
If the captain cancels the trip due to inclement weather, etc., you have the option to reschedule for another date or request a refund of your deposit . If you don’t show.....no refund.

What to bring with you: Your food and drink for the day (no glass containers please).
There is a 72 qt. mounted cooler on-board. Please bring only what you will consume.

Quality fishing equipment is provided, however if you wish, you may bring your own
“favorite pole “. Many customers like to bring a light-weight pole for casting around weed lines for Dorado .

Fish can be cleaned when we hit the dock. We will be pleased to clean, bag and ice down your day's catch. Tips are appreciated and customary .

Weather: We do not knowingly set out in sea conditions which are unfavorable. We know it is disappointing to have your trip cancelled, but safety is our primary concern on any charter. Fishing in bad weather conditions is no fun and rarely produces good catches.

Regulations: We operate in strict accordance with current fishing regulations. A Texas fishing license is required to fish in or pass through State waters with your catch .

Catch and release in FEDERAL waters does NOT require a fishing license.
It is important to note that a “for hire fishing vessel “operating in Federal waters is required to have the appropriate FEDERAL FISHING PERMITS and a US Coast Guard licensed Captain. It is in your interest to ensure that you book your trip on a legal vessel .
